I’ve been working in real-estate for 10 years; two in England and eight in Marbella. I saw how it was before the crisis when most of the large agencies were doing multiple deals every day. I have also seen the beginning of the recovery and the continued upward trend in both number of sales and property prices.

I write this blog to share news from Marbella’s real-estate market, the ups and downs, the ins and outs. I’ll also post major political news and anything else that I think is relevant or interesting. I currently work for real-estate agents, Marbella For Sale, based in Puerto Banus, which is why you will occasionally see links to their sites or infographics they have prepared. I try to remain independent in my opinions and articles though, avoiding simply posting lots of promotional stuff.

I am also happy to publish guest posts so long as they are on subject. Thank you to all the people that have and continue to contribute to this blog. Your input makes it a much better read! I will always attribute articles to their owner and will include a link.
