I’ve been working in real-estate for 10 years; two in England and eight in Marbella. I saw how it was before the crisis when most large agencies were doing multiple deals every day and how it is now, where you’d be lucky to do a deal every week!

I write this blog to share interesting news from Marbella’s real-estate market, the ups and downs, the ins and outs. I’ll also post major political news and anything else that I think is relevant or interesting.

I am also happy to publish guest posts so long as they are on subject. Thank you to all the people that have and continue to contribute to this blog. Your input makes it a much better read! I will always attribute articles to their owner and will include a link.
